If you're low on votes you can start cheating to gain like an extra 2%-6% of the votes if you're lucky enough. This will basically turn them into normal civilians without making your people mad and you won't lose population.Īnother bonus on democracy is cheating. Build a supermax prison and arrest rebels before you kill them if you can. Make sure your military is the one all the way on the bottom of the constitution list because this military is really strong and it's like the US military so rebels are gone faster and people aren't mad.
